2. If you requested a prepaid label it will be emailed to you by the next business day. To mail using the shipper of your choice please send to (we aren't responsible for shipments lost in transit back to the shop so we suggest a trackable service)

3. Refunds are issued within 48 hours of receipt of the goods back to the shop. We will let you know via email when your order arrives back in the shop and when the refund is issued back to the original form of payment. Once we issue the refund it takes a couple business days to post back through to your account.
